Research On Present Situation And Green Development Countermeasures Of Aquaculture In Ningbo City

The green development of aquaculture is the strategy of China’s modern fishery and an inevitable choice to realize the modernization of fishery as well.As a coastal city,Ningbo has abundant water resources and a good foundation for aquaculture.However,in the case of a small proportion of the national economy and little breeding space,how to explore the path of green development and take the steps of sustainable development in aquaculture in Ningbo has been a challenge nowadays.Facing this challenge as well as opportunity,this essay mainly uses management analysis methods to analyze the present situation of aquaculture and the basic situation of green development in Ningbo;it also researches on the key factors affecting the development of green aquaculture in Ningbo,followed by corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green aquaculture in Ningbo under limited breeding space.Studying aquaculture in Ningbo from the perspective of green development can not only enrich the green development theory of aquaculture,but also provide a reference for decision-making to government departments.First,using methods such as industrial surveys and literature studies,this essay analyzes the history,the overall status,the leading products,the service system as well as the green development of aquaculture in Ningbo,it focuses on introducing 5 ecological aquaculture areas(belts)to analyze the current problems in green development.Second,based on questionnaires,a weight analysis and evaluation model of the factors affecting the green development of aquaculture in Ningbo has been established,through which eight key factors affecting the green development of aquaculture in Ningbo City are analyzed,including policy support,aquaculture environment,aquaculture methods,aquaculture technology,aquaculture layout,aquaculture supervision,aquaculture enterprises`(households`)own conditions and others.Third,using the SWOT analysis method,this essay explores the current advantages and opportunities of the green development of aquaculture in Ningbo,analyzes the disadvantages and threats,and finds out that the main constraints of the green development of aquaculture in Ningbo includes: not reasonable enough aquaculture planning,shrinking breeding space,weak supervision of breeding,lack of strong environmental governance of breeding,weak breeding infrastructure,urgent need to solve the safety of aquatic products,as well as insufficient promotion of green breeding.Finally,based on modern industrial development theory,the following suggestions towards green development of aquaculture in Ningbo are put forward: First,rationally plan the breeding area,and tend towards the scale and standardization of green aquaculture;second,consolidate the green breeding carrier and promote the high-yield and environmentally sustainable development of aquaculture;third,strengthen scientific and technological innovation in breeding and tend to smart breeding to light up a new green era;fourth,increase supervision of aquaculture and tend to promote the quality and safety of aquatic products;fifth,strengthen the governance of aquaculture environment and tend to promote the green ecological development of aquaculture;sixth,promote and supervise green aquaculture and tend to help green aquaculture development to take root in Ningbo.
