Research On Risk Assessment And Countermeasures Of Safety Production Management In LH Power Plant

Electric power industry is the basis of reform and development,social progress,and an important pillar of national economic development.Stable operation of power generation enterprises is not only the need of survival and development of enterprises,but also the embodiment of social responsibility for ensuring power supply.With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of production modernization,electric power safety accidents still emerge in an endless stream,causing casualties and losses to the national economy.To improve the level of enterprise management,prevent and control the risk of production safety,reduce the probability of production safety accidents,reduce personal injury and property economic losses are the problems that need to be solved in the production and operation of power enterprises.This paper takes the safety production management of LH power plant as the research object,and studies the risk assessment and Countermeasures of safety production management of power enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the research background and clarifies the significance and necessity of the research,through the analysis of domestic and foreign safety production management and risk assessment theory,risk assessment is selected as the starting point of enterprise safety production management research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the status quo of safety production management in LH power plant,and analyzes the problems in the safety production management of the enterprise from the perspectives of personnel,materials,machines,environment and management,and summarizes the risk factors affecting the safety production management of the enterprise.Thirdly,according to the working experience and expert investigation conclusion,the risk assessment index is selected to establish the risk assessment model of enterprise safety production management;the risk degree of safety production management of enterprises is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;according to the analytic hierarchy process analysis results of the evaluation index,find the important risk factors that affect the production safety of enterprises,clear the direction of risk management and control.Finally,based on the conclusion of risk assessment,this paper puts forward relevant rationalization suggestions from three aspects of enterprise human resource management,safety production management and production technology management,so as to provide reference for the improvement of enterprise management level.Figure 9 Table 20 Reference 59...
