Municipal solid waste incineration power generation technology has the unique advantages of rational utilization of waste,volume reduction and non-toxicity,and it is economical and environmentally friendly.It is the best way to deal with municipal solid waste at home and abroad.However,due to the complex composition of municipal solid waste,its calorific value has a large random fluctuation;and the combustion system has large inertia,strong coupling,multivariable and nonlinear,it is difficult to realize the automatic combustion control of the municipal solid waste incinerator.This paper takes the waste incinerator as the research object,and builds a nonlinear dynamic model of the waste incinerator through the study of the combustion mechanism,and realizes the monitoring of key state signals.And according to the interaction mechanism and correlation characteristics between the variables.The optimization control strategy of furnace combustion is proposed.This strategy can solve the control problems of multiple randomness,multiple transformations,and nonlinear objects.Firstly,this paper takes the waste incineration grate furnace as the research object.Based on the in-depth analysis of its working principle,in view of the multi-coupling problem of the waste combustion,the idea of modeling the waste block and combustion process in stages is proposed,and a dynamic mathematical model of the combustion process is established.Secondly,the methods for monitoring the stability of the combustion state of waste incinerator are studied,including material layer thickness monitoring based on soft-sensing models,combustion line monitoring based on flame image analysis and processing,and waste calorific value monitoring based on energy balance.Finally,combined with the monitoring results of the combustion state,the optimization control of the waste incineration process is studied.Through control the speed of feed grate,the thickness of the waste layer entering the furnace is guaranteed to be same each time.Through control the speed of grate and the volume of primary air,the control of the fire line position is realized.Through control the number of grate flips,the heat released by waste combustion is controlled.
