| Waste grate incinerator is an important equipment used in the waste incineration industry.It can reduce energy consumption and protect the environment.The combustion control system is the core of control system for waste grate incinerator,and it is indispensable for stable combustion,thus the performance of combustion control system affects directly on the stability of long-time operation of waste grate incinerator.Using the combustion simulation model can save time and cost in the research process.Waste calorific value is the main disturbance of combustion control.It is impossible to improve the combustion control effect without waste calorific value.The combustion control system is the foundation of combustion control.Therefore,this paper studies the techniques of waste furnace combustion modeling,waste calorific value measurement and combustion control involved in waste combustion control.The research is as follows:1)In order to solve the problem of difficult to obtain input variables of the current combustion simulation model,a simplified combustion model of waste grate incinerator based on time window is proposed.This model takes the running parameters of waste grate incinerator as input,which is convenient for engineering implementation.The simulation results show that the simplified combustion model of waste grate incinerator based on time window can accurately respond to the change of waste and wind.It provides a good basis for research on combustion control system.2)In this paper,a real-time estimation method of waste calorific value in ignition zone of incinerator based on deep recursive neural network is proposed to overcome the limitations of the off-line and mean calorific values obtained by the current calorific measurement method.The simulation results show that the deep recursive neural network can evaluate the waste calorific value in ignition zone correctly.3)Aiming at the problem that the waste calorific value affects the incinerator temperature stability,a control method for compensating speed of grate by waste calorific value in ignition zone is proposed.The control system enables the speed of grate to change according to the change of waste calorific value in ignition zone,and keeps the heat released by the waste combustion stable,thus it can improve the effect of combustion control.4)In this paper,a control method of gradual wind distribution is proposed to solve the problem that wind does not match the hysteresis characteristics of waste combustion.When the amount of waste changes,the control method makes the amount of wind gradually change with the burning process of waste.Simulation results show that when the waste calorific value changes,the combustion control system based on compensating grate speed by waste calorific value in ignition zone and gradual wind distribution can maintain the stability of combustion. |
