At present,urban garbage has seriously affected the ecological environment and sustainable development,and all countries in the world have begun to find effective ways to deal with urban household garbage,so it is becoming an important topic for current researchers.After years of development,there have been many method can deal with household garbage,including composting,landfill and incineration,etc.,compared with other two ways,incineration has great advantage,is now a more promising approach,and the way of waste incineration in our country is in a critical period in development,the development of this period is very quickly.In spite of this,the current level of waste incineration power plants in China is still not high,while the discharge of pollutants is at a high value.Because of this,this paper on the waste incineration power plant system research,research focus is the control system.The key research object of this paper is the incinerator.The research content includes the working principle,working process of the incinerator,the formation reason of pollutants and the control method of combustion,etc.In this paper,the Martin furnace PID combustion control system is analyzed and studied.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of PID control and fuzzy control,the advantages of fuzzy control in combustion control are highlighted.Through the comparison and simulation of fuzzy control and PID control,the advantages of fuzzy control method in industrial control and the disadvantages of PID control are analyzed.
