Study On The Government Emergency Management Of Dangerous Chemical Accident In Quangang District

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.While the national economy is developing rapidly,it is also faced with complex and rapidly changing domestic and international situations.As a result,a variety of social contradictions have arisen,which raises people’s expectations for democracy and security.In terms of security,emergency management of public emergencies is an important part of government stability maintenance.As the energy capital of China and one of the 60 key counties(cities,districts)of hazardous chemicals in China,Quangang District has a particularly heavy task of safe production,so the emergency management of hazardous chemicals accidents in this region is more important.However,as a grassroots local government,the Quangang District Government’s emergency response mechanism and ability to deal with hazardous chemical accidents are still relatively backward.Based on this,this paper takes Fujian Donggang Company’s chemical leakage incident as an example to study how to improve the Quangang District government’s emergency management capability.In this paper,through questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and case analysis for dangerous chemical accident emergency management of spring harbor area government was studied,and the chemical industrial park,emergency capability evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of spring harbor area government to simulate the dangerous chemical accident emergency management capability assessment,The emergency management ability of Quangang District Government in response to hazardous chemical accidents is deeply analyzed.To further control and discuss the existing problems and causes,the corresponding solutions and constructive suggestions are put forward,which will play a good reference role for the government of Quangang District to deal with such incidents more efficiently and the government’s subsequent emergency management practice.In order to make the research results of this paper more representative and better reflect the development status of local government emergency management,this paper analyzes the recent occurrence of hazardous chemical accidents,and then puts forward the corresponding emergency management plan,so that it has applicability and replicability.In this paper,a small range of events as the research object,in-depth analysis of the specific event response measures,enhance the practical value of emergency management research.
