In recent years,due to structural deleveraging and slowing economic growth,environmental private protection enterprises are generally in trouble or even facing survival pressure.Against this background,many private enterprises in the environmental protection industry have begun to take active action,take the initiative to introduce state-owned capital to get rid of the predicament.However,at present,the academic circle rarely studies the practice of introducing state-owned capital into environmental protection private enterprises,which leads to the lack of theoretical guidance in the introduction process and the failure to achieve the desired effect after the introduction.Therefore,this paper chooses to deeply explore the practice of introducing state-owned capital in environmental protection private enterprises,in order to provide empirical basis for other private enterprises preparing to introduce in the future.In general,this paper uses case analysis method to study the introduction of state-owned capital into environmental protection private enterprises.The conclusions of this paper mainly relate to the role path and performance impact of introducing state-owned capital on environmental protection private enterprises:(1)Improve the governance of environmental protection private enterprises;(2)Ease the financing constraints of environmental protection private enterprises;(3)Promote the strategic coordination of environmental protection private enterprises.In view of the adverse effects of introducing state-owned capital,this paper also gives specific suggestions:(1)Environmental protection private enterprises should make good plans and timely introduce state-owned capital as needed;(2)Environmental private enterprises should build advantages to attract state-owned capital;(3)After introducing state-owned capital,environment protection private enterprises should strive to achieve both income and profit;(4)After the introduction of state-owned capital,state-owned shareholders should be prevented from being "dominant". |
