| In recent years,with the continuous increase of greenhouse gas emissions,the environmental problems caused by climate deterioration are becoming more and more serious.In order to deal with environmental problems,many countries and regions have adopted carbon trading policies to restrain enterprises and make them reduce the carbon dioxide emissions in the process of production and sales.With the development of the Internet in the 21st century,the network shopping become a new way of shopping and developing rapidly,in order to seize market,grab more profit,each participation main body in the supply chain are introducing online sales channels to expand the sales network,therefore,for the development of supply chain under the new form of distribution channel is a new research direction.Combining the above two aspects,this thesis explores how emission control manufacturers in the supply chain should make decisions from product production to sales stage under the environmental policy constrained by carbon trading mechanism.In view of this problem,this paper mainly does the following work.(1)Under the constraints of the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism,how manufacturers in the supply chain make effective predictions in the production stage in the face of the market,so as to improve the efficiency of emission reduction and maximize profits.this thesis establishes the ARIMA forecasting model based on the time prediction sequence,so as to realize the multi-stage prediction of different types of products in the supply chain.On the basis of forecasting the demand to the maximum extent,the production tasks of the upstream manufacturers are allocated through the improved optimization ant colony algorithm,so as to improve the quality of the product supply chain,meet the market demand,reduce losses,and make sufficient supply for the sales of the supply chain.(2)Under the carbon cap-and-trade system,this thesis focuses on the selection of distribution channels,pricing and emission reduction decisions of manufacturers in the product sales stage,and this thesis takes into account consumers’ low carbon preference,channel preference,emission reduction cost,total carbon quota and unit carbon emission trading price and other factors.And Stackelberg game theory is used to establish three different distribution channels to solve the problems and compare the decision results.In this thesis,the distribution channels model with the highest overall operation efficiency of the supply chain is obtained,and the influence degree of some important parameters on the pricing of supply chain members,emission reduction,profit and income,etc.,is obtained,and verified by example analysis,which improves the reliability of the conclusion.(3)Based on the comparative analysis of different distribution channels modes,the thesis concludes that the "double marginalization" effect of distribution channels supply chain is widespread due to channel contradictions.To solve this problem,this thesis establishes a two-part pricing contract based on wholesale price discount.Taking the distribution channels supply chain with the best decision-making effect as the benchmark,it can coordinate the distribution channels supply chain whose decision results are poor.Finally,through the example analysis,it is verified that the contract can effectively coordinate the distribution channels supply chain,improve the overall operation efficiency of the supply chain,and make each participant in the supply chain achieve a win-win situation.The research results of this thesis provide a certain reference value for the manufacturers in the supply chain under the cap-and-trade mechanism in the production and sales stage of production task allocation,distribution channel product sales and pricing decisions,etc,provide some reference for the practical management work,and also provide new ideas for the research of supply chain management. |
