Research On The Classification And Treatment Of Domestic Waste In Xuzhou

The classification of municipal solid waste is an important issue that is difficult to avoid in the process of rapid urban expansion.In recent years,the phenomenon of "garbage siege" in China has become increasingly severe.Each city has garbage problems to varying degrees,and the total amount of garbage has increased sharply The awareness of citizens’ garbage concept has not been awakened,and the previous government did not pay enough attention to garbage classification and treatment,which exacerbated the garbage problem and even environmental problems to some extent.In the future,domestic waste classification will be closely related to each of us.Shanghai will take the lead in implementing domestic waste classification in 2019,and waste classification will be widely implemented in China in the future.Taking the classified treatment of domestic waste in xuzhou as a research case,using the methods of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,this thesis studies the ways,measures and responsibilities of government departments,enterprises,non-governmental organizations and individual residents to participate in the treatment of domestic waste,and analyzes the difficulties faced by the classified collection of domestic waste in xuzhou It is difficult for public institutions to demonstrate,low-value waste collection and utilization,enterprise profit promotion,industrial chain improvement,comprehensive cost reduction and terminal disposal.Finally,corresponding to the four participants of the government,enterprises,non-governmental organizations and individual residents,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the classified treatment of domestic waste in xuzhou from the perspective of each participant.We should unify the classification standards of urban domestic waste,strengthen the publicity of waste classification and collection,form a standardized process of waste classification,transportation and disposal,strengthen the innovation of waste classification technology,promote the accelerated penetration of new technologies such as cloud computing and big data,create an all source waste classification and collection chain of "institutional demonstration,resident source control and street promotion",and establish and improve enterprise subsidies A series of mechanisms such as cross regional cooperation,departmental cooperation and waste monitoring.
