| With the phased achievements of China’s high-quality development,qualitative changes have taken place in all areas,and the quality of public life has been continuously improved.However,more and more attention has been paid to the air quality,and the form of pollution is becoming more and more serious,so it is urgent to improve the air quality.Atmospheric environment and control effect determine the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction in China in the new era,affect the process of social development,and directly affect the quality of public living environment.If the prevention and control of air pollution is not thorough,the atmospheric environment can not be effectively improved,the construction of ecological civilization can not meet the requirements,and people’s yearning for a happy life is even more impossible.Liaocheng City,as one of the "2+26" cities determined by China,is located in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei pollution transmission path,which is the key point of air pollution prevention and control in China.The situation of air pollution prevention and control is grim.In recent years,air pollution has become one of the factors restricting the green sustainable development and ecological civilization construction of Liaocheng City.How to improve air quality quickly and effectively,Prevention and control of air pollution is a situation Liaocheng city must face at present,the situation of air pollution prevention and control can not be ignored.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and factors of the current air pollution in Liaocheng City,this paper studies the change characteristics of the air environment quality in Liaocheng City Based on the notification and summary of the air environment quality,obtains the factors of the air pollution in Liaocheng City,and draws lessons from the experience of cities at home and abroad in the prevention and control of air pollution,Put forward the air pollution prevention and control countermeasures suitable for the region,and provide scientific reference for improving the air quality of Liaocheng City.Firstly,the general overview of Liaocheng air quality,analysis of the "13th five year plan" since the air quality data change characteristics,the annual trend of Liaocheng air pollutants.Secondly,through the investigation and data analysis of Liaocheng City,the existing problems in the prevention and control of air pollution in Liaocheng City are obtained.The causes are analyzed from two aspects of natural factors and human factors,such as geographical and meteorological factors,environmental protection policies and regulations,imperfect management system,large-scale urban construction and investment attraction,unreasonable industrial energy structure,and insufficient government information disclosureFinally,based on the experience of urban air pollution prevention and control at home and abroad,aiming at the current situation of air pollution in Liaocheng City,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of air pollution prevention and control from the aspects of prevention and control system,conversion of new and old kinetic energy,pollution control strength,mobilization of social participation,so as to effectively reduce the emission of PM2.5,PM10 and other major pollutants,and improve the air and environmental quality of Liaocheng City. |
