| Construction industry has been dominant and supporting industry for economic and social development for decades.However,there are more and more safety issues occurred in construction site in recent years,which not only slow down the continuous development of construction industry but also cause dramatic loss and casualties.Above all,it is definitely necessary to enhance research for construction safety management in order to explore a whole system level safety management solution working for the complicated and hazard building site environment.My research discusses the current architectural situation as background,based on the request of current high standard construction safety management,used HD construction project as instance.My thesis used a variety of research measures including literature analysis methods,LEC risk evaluation method,investigation and analysis methodology,fuzzy comprehensive assessment method in order to fully analyze construction project.I established fuzzy analytical hierarchy model to comprehensively evaluate safety management standard.Based on the result of comprehensive assessment,I points out many existing segmented safety problems in its management,and analyze the reasons deeply which caused these issues.After analysis,I found out the reasons including unreasonable safety management organization structure,difficulty to implement regulation of safety management to every employee,not fully arrange safety education and training to every employee,incomplete hazard source identification and risk evaluation,defective emergency mechanism,etc.Meanwhile,my research reveal some common vacancy safety problems which founded out in most construction safety management cases all over China through analyzing the existing safety issues in the HD project.For the solution of safety issues,my paper introduces PDCA cycle theory.Based on the characteristic and difficulties from HD construction safety management,I explained four stage of PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act)theory,how does each stage corresponds with another stage inside whole systemic circulation.With the help of PDCA theory,my paper not only solves issues in safety management of HD project,but also optimizes construction safety management standard and establish more scientific and complete safety management system.The main purpose of my paper is to establish a more scientific,systematic and complete safety management system through analyzing safety management of HD construction project.Furthermore,it provide a reference to improve construction safety management standard and management efficiency for China in the future. |
