| In view of the excellent weather ability performance,water resistance,aging resistance and durability of MS glue,Electrical and thermal conductivity performance of GNs,the GNs/MS glue composites were successfully prepared by dry blending method.The optimal preparation process of GNs/glue composites and the influence of main process parameters on its performance were studied.The main results are as follows:(1)Through the study of the preparation of MS glue&GNs and process parameters,the optimal process flow and optimization parameters were determined.(2)Through the study of dispersion effect of GNs treated by SDBS and KH-550,the results showed that the dispersion stability of the GNs in the solvent was improved to some extent by different treatment methods and the agglomeration of GNs was reduced.The GNs modified by SDBS had the best dispersion and dispersion stability.(3)The mechanical properties of the prepared MS glue composites were studied,the results showed that a small amount of GNs can effectively improve the tensile strength,elongation at break,compression resilience and hardness of MS glue composites.By studying the comprehensive properties of the composites,results showed that the composites which the GNs modified by SDBS had the best comprehensive properties. |
