This issue is based on the Tianjin Binhai New Area Hazardous Chemicals fire and explosion accident as the research background,the accident on the country and society caused significant economic losses.Chemical industry has always been a considerable economic pillar industry in China,and the hazardous chemicals occupy a central proportion.This safety accident once again exposed our information management and early warning measures on the hazardous chemicals are inadequate,Due to the above situation,this topic devised the hazardous chemicals monitoring and early warning system,hoping for the later similar systems development later having a certain reference.The paper mainly includes the following research contents:The first,the researchinvestigatedthe status quo at home and abroad and the analyzed the problems in our country.The second,according to the design requirements of this subject,the system carried out the overall structural design and layoutedwith industrial scale.By this way could improve the anti-interference ability and work stability in the complex environment.And it also designed the automatically thermostat for the warehouse.The third,the issueprojected the various parts of the system and the sensor module.It takedthe wired and wireless information communication namely CAN Bus,RS485 Bus,WiFi,3G,ZIGBEE.the use of wired installation The variety of communication methods made the data and information transmission more diverse.For the warehouse,production workshop and other structuraleasy to wiring,the wired installation is fixed.For temporary stacking items or inconvenient wiring,it could use ZIGBEE wireless so that the installation and removal are more convenient.The supervisory interface of the host computer is introduced,and the platform of the system is set up to run the system.The feasibility of the system is verified by experiments.The circuit schematic of each part is described in detail,and the process of PCB design has expounded,the software design of the system has carried out,and the operation platform of the system constructed well.Finally,the issue introduced the monitoring interface of the host computer,and ran the platform of the system.The power consumption of the system has been tested and the feasibility of the system is verified by experiments.
