In recent years, the ecosystem has been greatly damaged with the rapid development of social economy. It has played an important technical support for ecological protection and scientific utilization of land resources to strength the study on ecosystem, especially on the ecological service value. In order to evaluate the value of ecosystem services more accurately, the traditional ecosystem service value assessment model was revised on the basis of relevant theory. The ecosystem service value was calculated and analysed taking Tianjin Binhai New Area as the research area. The work mainly includes image classification to obtain various types of areas and generation of revised parameters. The assessment results of ecosystem service value were obtained and analyzed.Object-oriented classification technology is used to extract land use information in Binhai New Area, which is discussed from two aspects of segmentation and classification. It is found that the near infrared band edge detection results can effectively distinguish waters and improve the accuracy of segmentation by adding the segmentation parameters. The accuracy of classification results can reach more than 85%by using support vector machine classifier, which can meet the requirements of analysis.Revised parameters of ecosystem service value can be produced by time series vegetation index data.Firstly, the vegetation index is filtered by S-G(Savitzky-Golay)filtering,Asymmetric Gauss filtering and Double Logistic filtering. The results show that S-G filter has the highest fidelity and the best effect. The filtered vegetation index was used to generate the maximum enhanced vegetation index of the year and the growing season as the revised parameters of ecosystem service value. The assessment results of ecosystem service value can be obtained based on the revised model of ecosystem service value in Binhai New Area.Analysis of the evaluation result shows that the total of ecosystem service value declined from 2010 to 2016 in Binhai New Area. The ecosystem services value in marsh wetlands decreased the most. The reasons for the decline mainly include the comprehensive effects of natural factors and human factors. The spatial distribution of ecosystem service value is positive correlation and agglomeration, but it becomes weaker with time. The priority of ecological compensation of wetland ranks the highest among all types, and the amount of ecological compensation is the largest. The protection and restoration of wetland should be strengthened.
