| With the rapid development of economy,in pursuit of the appraisal of political achievements,some leading cadres have been one-sidedly focused on economic growth,and exploited or utilized of natural resources assets unrestrained,which causing serious damage to the ecological environment.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that leading cadres will receive audits on natural resources when leaving office in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the change of natural resources assets and the impact of ecosystem services value.To study the changes of natural resource assets,the information of natural resource assets at different times need to be extracted,but the traditional way of relying on manual verification is time-consuming and laborious.With the development of remote sensing technology,the resolution of remote sensing images has been improved,which making use of high resolution remote sensing images to extract natural resources assets information becomes possible,which provides a more effective way to audit natural resources assets.Therefore,object oriented method would be used to extract information of natural resources assets from high resolution remote sensing image in the study.On the other hand,changes in natural resource assets will have an impact on the ecological environment.With the improvement of public awareness of environmental protection,they not only pay attention to the use of natural resource assets,but also pay attention to the protection and management of the ecological environment.However,due to the complexity of the ecological environment,its influence is difficult to quantify.Therefore,in the study,the technology of ecosystem service value would be used to show the influence of the change of natural resource assets to the ecological environmental benefits through the currency.In this paper,a city as a experimentation area and ZY3 image data was used to study the changes in natural resource assets and the impact of its ecosystem service value from 2015 to 2017,and carried out the following work:1.The object oriented classification method was used to extract the information of natural resources in different periods,at the same time,the land use transfer matrix is used to analyze the change and transfer of natural resources.2.Aiming at the problem of overabundance of image features and difficult to select in the object oriented classification,the particle swarm optimization algorithm,a high efficiency feature selection algorithm was studied to complete the feature selection;3.The technology of ecosystem services was studied.According to the actual situation,the calculation method of the value of ecosystem services in the experimentation area was obtained,and the influence of the change of natural resource assets on the ecosystem service value was analyzed;4.According to the research results and relevant documents,the utilization and change of natural resources assets in the experimentation area was analyzed and evaluated,and the existing problems are explained,and the suggestions for the future adjustment were put forward.It was shown that: The particle swarm optimization algorithm could reduce the dimension of the initial feature space and improve the classification efficiency on the premise of guaranteeing the classification accuracy.In addition,by studying the technology of ecosystem services,the impact of changes in natural resources assets on ecological and environmental benefits could be quantified in the form of currency.The research could reveal the existing problems in the utilization of the natural resources assets,supervise and restrain the rational utilization of natural resources assets and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,it was a positive exploration and attempt to improve the evaluation system of audits on natural resources assets,and it had a certain value of application. |
