Solid Oxide chemical Fuel Cell(SOFC)is the third generation of products born with the development of Fuel Cell.The utility model is a new all-solid solid chemical fuel power generation device which can efficiently and environmentally friendly convert a large amount of solid chemical energy stored in hydrogen fuel and solid oxidant fuel into regenerative electric energy at medium and high temperature.Wide application in the known of the new type of fuel cell,solid oxide fuel cell has the highest working temperature,has high comprehensive utilization value,can be used for reforming,catalytic process to provide the required heat,or directly to joint production gas steam,can even and all kinds of fuel gas steam turbine of a combined power cycle.Due to its advantages of low design cost and high maintainability,it has been widely used in distributed photovoltaic power stations and gradually developed into a part of the global energy supply.Traditional SOFC power generation system mainly includes: raw material pretreatment unit,battery power generation unit(that is,chemical energy into electrical energy unit)and residual energy recovery and reuse unit.In industry,petroleum associated gas(light hydrocarbons)is usually used as the main fuel and is run by atmospheric wind turbines.The typical process is: after the compressor compressed air into the preheated air preheater,and then enter the power battery internal mixed with fuel gas steam,gas mixture into the heater to heat up,again into the electrochemical reaction occurs in the cell,a large amount of heat will be produced in the process of electrochemical reaction,the part of the heat can not completely chemical reaction of metal gas heating.The waste heat product of gas combustion after steam waste heat generator still has the value of recycling and utilization.The waste heat can be recovered by burning so that the device can provide a lot of hot water or central heating for heating and further recycling the heat.Based on the new solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)technology manufactured by Siemens Westinghouse in Germany,this paper studies the third generation SOFC system by selecting the design method of internal and external fuel reforming.By looking up literature,using the experience of related engineering get preliminary numerical,using Aspen plus software,the existing fuel unit operations,to simulate the process model and design battery power output for the 5 kw,preliminary SOFC system is obtained after adjusting and optimizing the operation process,in the process of system optimization,with the key design parameters: The sensitivity analysis of oxygen ion concentration in electrolyte,anode tail gas circulation rate,steam carbon ratio and preheater outlet temperature was carried out to investigate its influence on the three main indicators of power generation system,namely fuel input,output power and comprehensive energy utilization rate.Finally,the best operating parameters were obtained.Analysis show that the anode exhaust gas cycling rate of air output power ratio of the system are the most significant,especially mainly because when the power of air circulation ratio greater than 0.65,the carbon emissions in steam ratio between 2 to 3,system is the most efficient,and import and export temperature of the air separation equipment,heat exchanger is simple in order to increase the output power of the system,It has no significant effect on other environmental factors.At the same time,reducing the excessive use of air by the system to reduce the flow after inlet is also beneficial to improve the efficiency of the system.
