| Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the domestic economy has also caused an indelible impact on the natural environment.Facing the increasingly obvious problem of resource restriction and development,China is gradually incorporating ecological civilization construction into its basic national policy. In the context of the ever-expanding field of ecological compensation,in response to the problem of the increasingly degraded ecosystem services within the ancient corridor of the"Tea Horse Road"in Pu’er,the concept of ecological compensation has been introduced to improve the coupling of cultural protection and ecological protection of the heritage corridor,Provides new ideas and ideas for the overall protection of China’s heritage corridors. This article takes the ancient tea-horse road Puer section heritage corridor as the research object, uses the ecosystem service theory as the bridge connecting the heritage corridor and the ecological compensation, and constructs the ecosystem service theory with the purpose of sustainable use of the heritage corridor ecological service The theoretical framework of ecological compensation for heritage corridors. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Based on emergy analysis, the ecosystem service analysis and value evaluation of the Puer"tea ancient horse road"heritage corridor ecosystem. In view of the more prominent characteristics of cultural value in the ecological services of heritage corridors, combined with the ecological service value evaluation system, the specific ecological services in the study area are determined.Based on the emergy analysis of the corridor ecosystem, the value of its ecological services is calculated:in 2017,the total solar energy value of the corridor’s ecological services was 2.38×1022sej,which was converted into RMB 40.492 billion,of which eco-tourism accounted for the highest proportion(53.34%)was 21.599 billion yuan, and the proportion of scientific research(0.06%)was the smallest(0.24 billion yuan).(2)Build an ecological compensation mechanism for heritage corridors based on the supply and demand of ecological services and the value of ecological services. With regard to the subject and object of compensation, through analysis of the main beneficiaries and suppliers of the ecological service of the“Old Tea Horse Road”heritage corridor,it is determined that the central government and the Yunnan Provincial Government shall be the main compensator and the land users in the corridor shall be the compensation object.Regarding the compensation standards,by screening the ecological services included in the compensation range, the theoretical total compensation standards of each county and district of the heritage corridor were calculated to be 30.7 billion yuan;an analysis of the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Puer City and its counties showed that In 2017,Simao,Ning’er and Jingdong had ecological deficits, and the remaining counties all had ecological surpluses;the actual value of ecological compensation standards for heritage corridors was determined to be 1.70464 billion yuan through correction of compensation coefficients,of which the highest compensation amount in Simao section(33.15%)was The total amount of compensation for the Menglian section was the lowest(1.65%)at RMB 658.6 million,at RMB 208.1 million.Regarding the compensation methods,by analyzing the actual social development of Pu’er counties and districts, material compensation is mainly used in economically developed areas, capital compensation is mainly used in medium-sized areas, and policy compensation is mainly used in backward areas. |
