| This study takes the Russian mainstream media "Tass" and "Vesti.ru" as the research objects.From 2013 to 2018,Xi Jinping has been the National president of China,this study took the period as the time interval,using Framing Theory and Discourse Ansalysis,and selectes 154 news reports from Tass and 65 news reports from the Vesti.ru,a total of 219 reports on the Chinese environment,completing a qualitative research..This paper combs the related research of Framing Theory,and uses the framework of Newman,Semetko and Valkenburg as a reference.Combining the actual situation of this research objects,it sums up the factual frame,responsibility attribution frame,conflict frame,morality frame,economic-consequences frame,and environmental-protection-plan frame.Through the number of Russian media reports,trends,news topics and topics framework from the the macro level,as well as the analysis of the contextual restoration,symbolic construction and metaphorical expression of the report at the micro level,summed up the ecological environment image,the attitude and stance of the Russian media towards China from the economic perspective,the political perspective and the diplomatic perspective.In addition,a comparative analysis of the Chinese media reports by the Russian media and the US media explores the differences in the shaping of the environmental image of China in terms of ideology,geopolitics and national interests.The study found that the Chinese ecological environment presented by the Russian media is a multilevel,diversified,complicated and tridimensional,moving from anthropocentrism to ecocentrism,from shallow ecology to deep ecology.Russia’s agenda setting of the Chinese environment serves the diplomatic relationship between China and Russia.The ecological image of China created by the Russian media will provide useful reference for the internal ecological environment governance,promote the establishment of China’s political trust in the international community and thus enhance the international community’s national political identity towards China. |
