Study On The Protection Of Residents’ Right To Benefit In Nature Reserves From The Perspective Of Conflicts Of Interest

In the context of the superposition of the nature reserve system reform and the policy of targeted poverty alleviation,the protection of the income rights of residents in nature reserves has attracted much attention.Since the founding of New China,the construction of nature reserves has achieved world-renowned achievements,providing an important ecological barrier for economic and social development,and also providing important ecological products for the high-quality life of the entire people.However,it must be acknowledged that the life of the residents of nature reserves has been relatively backward for a long time.Nature reserves are not only highly connected with poor areas,but also cause the loss of residents’ property rights and development rights.From the perspective of conflicts of interest,the in-depth analysis of the interest structure of nature reserves is proposed,and on this basis,it is proposed to construct an interest expression mechanism,benefit sharing mechanism,and benefit realization mechanism to promote the protection of residents’ rights and interests.This article is divided into three parts.The first part uses empirical methods to analyze the development of nature reserves in China and the current situation of the loss of residents’ income rights.The second part analyzes the interests structure of nature reserves from the perspective of conflict of interest.The third part points out The path of governance for conflicts of interest in nature reserves,that is,to promote the protection of residents’ rights by constructing a smooth interest expression mechanism,a reasonable benefit sharing mechanism,and a comprehensive benefit realization mechanism.
