Study On The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeasures Of Health Supervision And Law Enforment In Wulanchabu

In recent years,with the continuous development and reform of the social economy,people are paying more and more attention to public health security.The public health events that are constantly occurring in society reflect the deficiencies of the health system.The public health supervision system plays an important role in maintaining social public health and safety,maintaining medical service order,and protecting the health of the people.Public health supervision system wants long-term development and progress,the problems of accurate evaluation and inquiry system are the most important.Through the investigation of the overall situation of personnel,equipment,supervision and testing of public health supervision and law enforcement agencies in Wulanchabu,this paper finds out the problems and causes,and combines the experience of other advanced provinces and cities in China to propose solutions.To provide reference for further deepening reforms and improving the management and capacity building of public health supervision and law enforcement agencies in Wulanchabu.Through literature review,data collection and questionnaire survey,this paper introduces the background,significance,concept and necessity of public healthsupervision and law enforcement.The literature analyzed the supervision and law enforcement of public health in our city from four aspects,including the basic situation of institutions,human resources,facilities and supervision and law enforcement.The recent work achievements of our city are also briefly introduced.The third chapter summarizes the problems existing in the public health supervision and law enforcement in Wulanchabu,including the backward concept of administration in accordance with the law,the serious shortage of supervision and law enforcement force,the inadequate financial funds,the imperfect management systems,and the management counterparts' unclear understanding of public health supervision and law enforcement.According to the existing problems try to analyze the reasons: the legal system construction lag,the personnel establishment is little,the quality is low,the government support strength is low,the health system reform is not successful,the propaganda work is not in place and so on.Fifth chapter from the perspective of public management theory to the our city public health supervision and law enforcement in put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,namely: accelerate the process of local legislation,strengthen personnel team construction,strengthen the funds safeguard,improve the hardware facilities,perfect the performance management assessment mechanism,perfecting the "intelligent supervision" and the use of new media to strengthen publicity and education,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of public health supervision and law enforcement in Wulanchabu,finds out the problems and reasons in public healthsupervision and law enforcement,and calls on the government to pay more attention to public health supervision and law enforcement.Difficulties will be gradually solved to improve public health supervision and law enforcement in Wulanchabu.
