| With the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization process,the construction industry is developing faster and faster in China.However,at present,China’s construction industry safety management is not standardized enough,which leads to frequent construction safety accidents in China and is not conducive to the healthy development of the construction industry.Based on the status quo of safety management of China’s construction industry,it is of great significance to evaluate the safety management level of engineering projects and point out the corresponding improvement direction for the sustainable development of China’s construction industry.As an important tool to reflect the project management level,the maturity model can effectively evaluate the management ability of the organization.Therefore,this study attempts to introduce the maturity model into the safety management field of construction projects,and conduct research on the safety management maturity evaluation of construction projects.This study first analyzes the research of safety management and maturity model by scholars at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then based on the relevant theory and the status quo of safety management of construction enterprises in China,the maturity model of safety management of construction engineering projects is constructed.The model mainly includes two levels of security management maturity level and security management maturity evaluation system.Then,through the literature collection and expert optimization methods,the evaluation index system of maturity was determined.Then,the specific steps of determining the weight of the evaluation index system and using the gray system theory to comprehensively evaluate the safety management are introduced.Finally,combined with the above methods,the actual project was comprehensively evaluated,and the maturity level of the case project safety management and the problems of safety management were pointed out,and the corresponding improvement direction was clarified.This verifies the applicability of the maturity model established in this study.Through the establishment of the safety management maturity model of construction projects,this study is devoted to enriching the theoretical application of maturity models in the field of construction engineering,and reducing the occurrence of construction safety accidents.It provides a certain reference for the safety management evaluation of China’s construction industry,and at the same time continues to effectively promote the healthy development of China’s construction industry. |
