With the development of the automobile industry,a large number of fuel vehicles have been used in social production and daily life.Excessive vehicle exhaust emissions cause serious air pollution,which greatly affects people’s physical and mental health as well as the healthy development of society.For this reason,countries all over the world have established relevant emission standards,and the latest emission standard in China is the China’s sixth stage standard.It is mandatory in GB17691-2018 that heavy diesel vehicles that meet the standard must be equipped with a remote emission management vehicle terminal which meets the standard.The terminal collects real-time vehicle data from the target vehicle and uploads the data to the enterprise management service platform,then the enterprise will upload the data to the national management platform in order to achieve real-time monitoring and management of target vehicle emissions.This paper firstly studied the development of the Internet of things and Vehicle networking technology,and verifies the feasibility of vehicle terminal technology for target vehicle pollution emission management.Then studied the GB17691-2018 standard in detail and completed the demand analysis of the vehicle terminal.Completed the overall design of the system,the design and implementation of the hardware system as well as the software system on the basis of demand analysis.Finally,completed the test and verification of the vehicle terminal,the vehicle terminal meets the functional requirements specified in the GB17691-2018,and can work stably and reliably in the complex vehicle environment.The remote emission management vehicle terminal studied in this paper communicates with the target vehicle through CAN bus protocol to realize the real-time collection of vehicle engine data and OBD information.At the same time,the GPS module provides real-time positioning function for the terminal.The vehicle terminal stores the real-time data to the local SD card and reports the data to the enterprise management service platform through the 4G communication network.In addition,when mobile network failure occurs,the terminal can report the data during the network failure to the platform after the network restores.The hardware system of this terminal chooses LPC1758 as the microcontroller unit and the model of the 4G module is SIM7600 ce,the model of the GPS module is NEO-7M model.The software system is equipped with μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded multi-tasking real-time operating system,which is free and open source,easy to transplant,tailor-able,real-time and so on.
