The automatic control system of open-air large-scale manufactureautomobiles is on the basis of applying computer technique communicationtechnology GPS(global positioning system).With the help of contemporaryoptimization theory,you can easily optimize the management of productionapplication system and assigning the automobiles reasonablely.The aim ofautomatic control system is fit for the alteration of production. When theopen-air equipment is a certain,you can achieve real-time monitoring thelocation and working condition of automobiles and excavator by digitizingmining integration system and touch liquid crystal display intelligentterminal.In this case,we will promote the output, management standardssaving the cost and getting economic benefit.This system major application in several aspect:1. automatic control of production:it realizes the best dynamicdispatching and the vehicle can seek the short line of the site ofexcavator.it reduce the shipment distance and improve the conveyingefficiency.2. displaying geographic information:on the map of dispatchingcenter,you will monitor the location, running status,technique state andmoving track of all manufacture automobiles.you can also see about the pasttrack by GPS.3. data processing:the system can real-time summary statistics for oreoutput by the day or by the month.it also can generate vehicle running chartand equipment failure chart by the system itself.
