Research On Project Management Of Sanjintan Sludge Treatment Equipment Installation

At present,the speed of urbanization continues to increase,the urban population is growing rapidly due to the economic agglomeration effect,correspondingly the living density of urban residents is increasing year by year and the sewage generated by production and living is also increasing.Thus a higher level of requirements on the capacity of municipal sewage treatment facilities and the technology to reduce toxic and harmful substances in sewage is prompted.In the past,the sludge generated after the sewage treatment was treated by centrifuge-type,belt-type and other equipment,which had high efficiency but high mud humidity(about 80% of water content),high landfill treatment cost and high environmental pollution at the same time.With the further improvement of the national requirements for sewage treatment,the existing technology can no longer meet the standards.It is against this background that the 300 T upgrading and renovation project of Sanjintan Sludge Treatment Plant was declared and implemented,including the subsequent Beihu Project,which adopts flocculant drying treatment process to treat sludge(water content can be reduced to about 60%).Taking the sludge drying treatment installation project as a case,this paper discusses the technological process involved in the installation project,the construction organization and management mode,the coordination and management process of all participating units in the project,the case analysis of installation technology,the comparison of solutions and actual application effects,etc.This paper mainly discusses the routine management rules and management tasks in the implementation process of equipment installation and construction of actual sludge treatment projects.On the one hand,management on quality,progress and safety are the directions that all project management needs to focus on,and the management system,management theory,management tools and methods are general for most project construction management.On the other hand,the process design,technical organization and management of sludge installation projects and the coordination and management of stakeholders have strong industry characteristics.Different project also need to adopt different management methods and plans need to be formulated according to the real situation.
