In recent years,in order to meet the needs of the national energy-saving emission reduction,the major steel blast furnace system in new type of fan constantly using energy-efficient,low efficiency and high energy consumption gradually eliminated the old fan.Blast furnace blower unit is the most important power equipment of blast furnace,which not only provided for the BF smelting oxygen.And with the blast furnace column gas power to overcome the resistance for the operation of the installation quality and equipment of blast furnace blower directly affect the blast furnace product quality.With the development of science and technology,high speed blower and continuous operation put forward higher requirements for the installation accuracy of blower equipment corresponding to the installation quality of the blower.Directly affect the operation of the fan,the pursuit of the ultimate goal is the user equipment safety,stable and efficient operation,with the research and application of the air blower equipment installation technology very important practical significance.In this paper,taking a new system of Baotou Steel Group’s two 4150m3 BF supporting two electric blower installation engineering project as the research content,the paper mainly studies the key technology of the equipment installation,combined with the characteristics and factors of project management of engineering project management,the system were reviewed.The AV axial blower inlet axial flow fan.The adjustable vane,vane stage 17,directly driven by the motor operation,for the fans,large domestic large tonnage,high speed,hoisting difficulty,high precision adjustment,installation of high technical requirements.This paper discusses the technical measuresof lifting blower equipment used mainly in the construction process of the wind;machine base,machine shell,rotor and casing installation technology measures,installation measures supporting pipeline fan system,through the application of installation technology,how to control the air blower adjustment precision,in addition,for Other elements of the project management,such as quality management,safety management,environmental protection and civilized construction management,etc.,also to ensure the quality of the project from the technical and management aspects.I hope that I can provide some reference for the relevant technical personnel and management personnel through the application of the installation technology.
