Research On Enterprise Environmental Efficiency Evaluation And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,as the deteriorating ecological environment restricts the sustainable development of the economy,enterprises as the foundation of the development of the national economy bear more and more important environmental protection responsibilities.The environmental protection issue of enterprises has also become a hot spot of concern to all sectors of society.Evaluating the environmental efficiency of enterprises and analyzing their related influencing factors can objectively and comprehensively understand the current situation of environmental efficiency of enterprises,and find out the problems existing in environmental protection of enterprises,and provide a basis for enterprises to formulate relevant environmental protection systems to achieve healthy and sustainable development.This paper mainly studies the enterprise environmental efficiency and its influencing factors from the following two aspects.The first aspect is the empirical analysis of the environmental efficiency of the enterprise by using the GEM method,the DEA-SBM model and the DEA-windows analysis model.The second aspect is the use of Tobit regression analysis.The model analyzes the factors that influence the corporate environment.Firstly,after combing the research theory of enterprise environmental efficiency,this paper builds the evaluation index system of enterprise environmental efficiency based on the principle of evaluation index system design and based on the existing research results.The method(GEM)screens the primary evaluation index system and constructs the enterprise environmental efficiency evaluation index system.Select the total number of employees and fixed assets investment as input indicators,select the total output value of the enterprise as the expected output index,and the sulfur dioxide emissions as the non-expected output index.The DEA evaluation method based on the DEA-SBM model and the DEA-windows analysis model is used to improve the environmental efficiency of the enterprise.Calculate and analyze the results.On this basis,through the analysis of the existing research,five theoretical hypotheses of the factors affecting the environmental efficiency of the enterprise are proposed.Using the Tobit regression model,the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the environmental efficiency of the enterprise reveals:enterprise scale,R&D investment,industry characteristics and The area where the enterprise is located is a significant factor affecting environmental efficiency.The operation time of the enterprise has not passed the significant test.Finally,according to the previous analysis,the company proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions for improving the environmental efficiency.
