A Real Time Evaluation Method And Its Application

With the rapid development of science and technology,in the process of practical application,more and more meticulous and rigorous for the "cost" required by the evaluation work.The amount of time required,the amount of money used,the amount of calculation of the actual operation,and so on.Those evaluation methods which are time-consuming,costly,complex and computable are no longer suitable.Therefore,in order to make the evaluation work more rapid,simple and real-time.We should consider reducing the cost of each link and improving the output efficiency of evaluation results,which requires a fast and simple real-time evaluation method.The most time-consuming and time-consuming evaluation of the evaluation work is the acquisition of the original data required for evaluation.Therefore,the real-time acquisition of evaluation data is the most important part of the study of real-time evaluation.Moreover,real-time evaluation is not a one-time evaluation.The purpose of real-time is to observe objects continuously.Therefore,the core of real-time evaluation across multiple time points is to assign time weights to all time points.This article is based on the summary and summary of the literature of subjective comprehensive evaluation method,objective comprehensive evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation method of subjective and objective combination,static comprehensive evaluation method and dynamic comprehensive evaluation method.The real-time evaluation method is further studied from the method of data acquisition and the method of giving multiple time point time weights.And it is applied to the evaluation process of ecological civilization construction in 3 1 provinces and cities of China,the main work is as follows:(1)Based on the Internet crawler technology,the script code for obtaining data from the target website is designed to achieve the real-time acquisition of the data needed for the evaluation.This method overcomes the limitation of the existing evaluation data acquisition.(2)An empowerment method of time weight is proposed.The development of objective things has its continuity and dynamics.The objective time weight is given from the time series dynamic stereoscopic data table.This method abandons the previous research on the attitude of the evaluator,and does not need to aggregate the evaluation results of the evaluators,so as to explore the weighting method of time weight from the raw data of the data.(3)Based on the rationality of the rapid frugality heuristic ecology,the real-time evaluation method is realized by using the obtained real-time data and the time weight given.(4)According to the number of key words involved in the use of real time evaluation method and the change of the corresponding evaluation results,the moderation is carried out.(5)The real time evaluation method is applied to the evaluation of ecological civilization construction in 31 provinces and cities in China.Finally,the real time evaluation method and its application are summarized,and further research problems and prospects are pointed out.
