Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Classified Management Of Domestic Waste In Z City

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the quality of people’s life has been greatly improved,and people’s consumption demand has become more diversified,resulting in the increase of the amount of domestic waste.How to effectively deal with urban domestic waste is a problem that every city needs to pay attention to.Obviously,it is a reasonable and very effective solution to promote the classification of domestic waste.The classification of domestic waste is an important issue related to social stability and economic development,and an important measure for rational allocation and utilization of resources.However,there are various problems in promoting the classification of domestic waste,which brings a certain degree of difficulty to the classification management of domestic waste.According to the combination of theory and practice,following the research idea of putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem,this paper selects Z City as the research object by using the methods of literature,comparative reference,questionnaire survey and so on.Based on the current situation of the classification management of domestic waste in Z City in recent years,it makes a preliminary study on the classification management of domestic waste in Z cityThis paper summarizes the four problems existing in the classification management of domestic waste in Z city at present,one is the low efficiency of the classification of front-end residents,the other is that the grass-roots community is not competent,the third is that the supporting facilities are not perfect,and the fourth is that the organization and operation mechanism are not perfect.In view of these problems,the author analyzes and summarizes the actual work experience and questionnaire survey,from the four causes of the imperfect design of the policy itself,the lack of reasonable management means,the insufficiency of the executive mechanism system,the difficulty of multi department coordination,the weak classification consciousness of the target group,the insufficient participation of the policy,the imperfect policy environment,and the limited economic and social cultural support It is discussed.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the policy design,reflecting the principles of environmental protection and fairness,promoting the communication and cooperation of the executive body,reasonably dividing the responsibilities at all levels,strengthening the responsibility consciousness of the target group,improving the participation of the target group,optimizing the policy implementation environment,and building a good economic and social cultural foundation.Through this paper,the author hopes to achieve three aspects of significance with the practice and possible achievements of the classification management of domestic waste in Z City:first,to provide reference materials for the academic circles to study the problems of the government management of the classification treatment of domestic waste;second,to provide opinions and suggestions for the government of Z city to formulate the laws and regulations on the classification management of domestic waste;third,to implement On the practical level,it can promote Z municipal government,especially the responsible department of domestic waste classification,to improve the work efficiency of domestic waste classification.The classification of domestic waste is related to social stability and long-term economic development.It is an important measure to make full use of resources.We must attach great importance to it.
