This paper analyzes the basic situation of the stated owned trading company S and its main products on sales the automotive application plastics.There are three historical stages basically,first the monopoly period,second the outbreak period and third stable development period.S company is a state-owned trading enterprise;there is less differentiation for non-metallic material applied in passenger cars.In this stable development stage of Chinese automobile industry,To reduce production costs and improve the competitiveness for car manufactures there are increasingly stringent cost control for non-metallic material.Accompanied dilemma comes with the fierce competition,the living space of trading company in this area is being more and more squeezed,in the above background environment,S company’s survival and development is facing an unprecedented challenge.The conservative business operation model of trading company earing commission by buying and selling is out of age.The strategy of pursing scale effect for big sated owned trading company is conflict with more and more diversified market currently.This paper focuses on the transformation of the business model,from traditional trading business model to a service-oriented business model,by providing value added service and internal company optimization achieve strategic transformation.Meanwhile the paper explores nowadays,for the first time take state-owned trading enterprises as example after its losing the monopoly advantage,Trying to find a way to lead their own way of development in a free market environment. |
