Evaluation Of Soil Quality Assessment And Plant Furnishing In Baoshan Ecological Special Project

Whether the result of ecological special project in Baoshan District is successful or failed mainly depends on plants growth and being able to reflect in the beginning comprehensive planning and expected effect.The plants growth depends on the soil quality.Soil is an important portion of urban ecosystem,which is indispensible material condition in urban landscaping.This study collected 255 soil samples in 6 lots in Baoshan District,tested and analyzed the pH,EC and organic content of the soil.The results showed that:1、 Yin Xing Da Dao ecological land.The pH > 8 accounted for 68.75%,show the obvious alkaline;EC > 0.7 mS·cm-1 accounted for 31.25%,the Saline Soil became the main factors of poor plants growth.2、Zhang Yuan ecological land.All the pH > 8,strong alkaline soil 73.33%,influence on the survival rate of planting.3、The low rate of gardenia in Xiao Lin Yuan ecological land is also due to alkaline soil,all the samples of pH > 8.4、Qi Cai Yuan ecological land has not only strong alkaline soil,but the organic matter is extremely low,>12 g·kg-1 of the soil only 13.33%;bring the great influence on the growth of plants.5、The pH,EC and organic content of the Xiao You Yuan ecological land and Xiao Jing Yuan ecological land can meet the required for plants growth,except the plant diseases and insect pests.According to the results of soil quality analysis and evaluation,analysis on the situation of these 6 ecological land and existing plants growth,proposed scientifically soil improvement program.
