| Around the pumped storage power station project in Wuhai City,Inner Mongolia, the problems of soil erosion and desertification are serious. The soil is mainly wind-blown sand soil with low organic matter content and poor soil, which is not conducive to the growth of plants. The common solid wastes in Wuhai city, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and urban living sludge are used to improve the aeolian sand soil,in order to improve the soil suitable for planting green plants and in line with the standards of green planting soil, and at the same time to achieve the resource utilization, reduction and reasonable treatment of several solid wastes. In this thesis, soil culture experiment and pot experiment were used to study the effects of different solid waste application combinations on soil quality and growth of green plants in wind-blown sandy land. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The soil properties of the local test were analyzed. The results showed that the p H range of the tested aeolian sand soil was 8.43~9.33,which belonged to alkaline soil, and the nutrient status in the soil was poor, which was not suitable for green planting. Therefore,it was necessary to adjust the soil p H and improve the fertility.(2)The analysis of the properties of fly ash, residual sludge and desulfurized gypsum shows that fly ash and urban sludge are rich in nutrients such as organic matter, and fly ash itself is acidic, while sludge itself is weakly alkaline, which can supplement the nutrients of aeolian sand soil and moderately regulate the p H of soil.Although the nutrient content of desulfurized gypsum is low,the moderate addition of desulfurized gypsum can further adjust the soil alkalinity, and to some extent adjust the problem of high heavy metal content caused by the addition of fly ash.(3)Combining the properties and characteristics of soil and several solid wastes,15 different waste application combinations were blended to study the effects of different application combinations on soil properties.Soil culture experiment analysis showed that the combined application of several solid wastes could improve soil fertility to a great extent, and the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil were significantly increased. The comprehensive fertility and heavy metal properties such as composite composite application method was preliminatively determined: Apply 80%aeolian soil +10% fly ash +5% sludge +5% desulfurized gypsum(FWT1).(4)Taking the local characteristics of green plants such as ryegrass and pelagic grass as examples, pot experiments were conducted to verify the effects of different solid wastes combined application on soil improvement. The results showed that suitable combination of solid waste could significantly improve the germination rate and growth of ryegrass and elymus japonicum, and increase plant yield.Compared with the original soil, the improved soil could increase the yield of ryegrass by 37.27% and the yield of lymphus japonica by50.00%.(5)Analysis of soil properties after planting showed that the combined application of solid waste improved soil had better stability, soil fertility was maintained well after planting, and it was suitable for repeated use. |
