Research On The Development Strategy Of INV Corporation

With China rapid development,semiconductor integrated circuits have become the strategic industry in the country.Along with the emergence of new industries such as big data,Internet of Things,autonomous driving and intelligent manufacturing,the electronic industry urges the development of sensing technology,especially image sensing technology.Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovative start-ups in semiconductor integrated circuits related industries in China,have sprung up like mushrooms.However,for start-ups facing the severe competition of large transnational and well-known semiconductor companies,to survive and grow,they need have core competitiveness and clear strategy plan.As a typical start-up,the case-study on INV’s development strategy is meaningful and practical guidance for China domestic start-up enterprises’ development.In this paper,PEST and Five Forces model are used to analyze the external macro environment and the status of the image sensor industry which INV Corporation is facing,so that it can be cleared that the key factors affect the strategy of the company in the image sensor industry.Then the resources and capabilities which INV owned are analyzed concretely,and the strengths and weaknesses of INV Corporation are pointed out.This paper has more words on its strategy analysis and plan.In the process of analysis,SWOT tool is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses which INV has,and external opportunities and threats which INV is facing,and corresponding countermeasures are given according to the analysis conclusions.Finally,the company’s development strategy is concluded.In this paper,a lot of research and analysis have been done on the image sensor and semiconductor integrated circuit industries,and the deep discussion for the topic of company strategy management is elaborated.It can be used as a reference for the study and research for company strategy management in semiconductor integrated circuit or image sensor industry.
