Research And Application Of LTE Mobile Phone Location Technology In Natural Disasters

Affected by the geographical environment,climate conditions and human social activities,a variety of natural disasters have occurred,and the occurrence of natural disasters often result in missing persons or a large number of serious consequences.In view of the wide application of the fourth generation mobile communication technology,based on the LTE technology standard,this paper studies the application of mobile location technology in searching and locating missing or trapped personnel.This paper is a combination of base station location and field strength measurement of mobile phone positioning technology.Mobile phone registration,boot registration,power off registration,regular registration and location update registration.Tracking area encoding station setting and local public network is not the same,and signal power are of good quality to the public under the condition that the mobile phone will launch location area update registration,collected by the base station to the mobile phone international mobile subscriber identity（IMSI:International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number）,according to the list to confirm whether the location of the mobile phone,if you need to make the positioning.Mobile phone base station and continue to reside in the reported field.The approach to determine the mobile phone location using the field strength measuring instrument.In this paper,the feasibility of technology and practical application are analyzed by LTE principle and commercial situation,and the whole modular design scheme is confirmed.The software design and hardware design are described in detail in chapters three or four and five respectively.Through modular test verification,whole machine test and verification,and finally simulated actual combat test,the mobile phone information acquisition and mobile phone accurate positioning function are realized,and the expected effect is achieved basically.The method presented in this paper can be applied to LTE networks and other systems that can also be searched and located.It provides a means of wireless communication for searching and locating missing persons.It can play an important role in relief and other scenes,and has important economic and social significance.
