This paper designs a set of information collection system that integrates RFID and gas sensor network positioning,which can realize the functions of detecting the concentration of toxic gases,accurate positioning of leakage sources and collecting RFID tag information.This system eliminates the danger of human detection and performs correct post-event processing based on the information in the electronic tag.This system is mainly divided into three parts:gas monitoring node,inspection terminal and host computer monitoring center.The gas monitoring node incorporates a CC2430 data transmission module,a CC2431 positioning module with a built-in positioning and tracking engine,and a gas concentration collection circuit.It mainly realizes real-time detection of four toxic gases and transmits it to the host computer monitoring center via CC2430.The CC2431 with built-in positioning tracking engine can receive the RSSI value sent by the gas monitoring node,calculate the coordinates of the gas monitoring node by the three-sided positioning method,and connect the coordinates of the three gas monitoring nodes with the highest detected gas concentration value,which will be connected The scope is set as the target area for the inspection car to search for the leak source,and the preliminary location of the leak source has been achieved.The inspection end uses STM32F107 as the processing chip of the system,and designs the gas concentration collection circuit,RFID radio frequency identification circuit and motor drive circuit.At the same time,it connects to the Wi Fi camera,which can collect the video information of the inspection site through the Wi Fi camera.The information avoids obstacles and navigates the inspection cart to the target area.Then the inspection cart can detect the gas concentration of each chemical in the target area and collect the RFID electronic tag information on the chemical.The transmission forwards the data informationthrough the information relay station and displays it in real time in the host computer monitoring center.The monitoring center of the host computer has designed the software of the acquisition system,RFID reading and writing system,gas identification system and positioning system respectively,which realizes the identification of the gas type and the gas concentration collection of the control car.The positioning system software selects the three nodes with the highest detection concentration according to the toxic gas information transmitted by CC2431 and the position coordinate information of the gas monitoring node,and connects its coordinates into the target area of the car to search for the leak source.Initial positioning.The host computer monitoring center sorts the gas concentration information of each chemical within the target range transmitted by the inspection car,and determines the chemical with the highest gas concentration as the leak source,thus realizing accurate positioning of the leak source.The RFID identification system software demodulates the information transmitted by the RFID reader and realizes the acquisition of the leakage source processing information.
