Electric tapping machines for oil and gas pipelines are widely used in tapping and plugging of oil and gas pipelines under pressure.At present,during pipeline maintenance,hydraulic tapping machines are used for large-diameter,large-wall and high-strength oil and gas pipelines with an opening range of more than 300 mm,and manual tapping is used for small-diameter and small-wall oil and gas pipelines with an opening range of less than 100 mm.Hole tapping machine.This article designs a safe and reliable electric tapping machine for oil and gas pipelines with a hole diameter ranging from 100 mm to 200 mm,a wall thickness of 22 mm or less,and a material of X70 steel.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign electric tapping machines,this paper designs the transmission mode of the traditional electric tapping machine's conical gear and planetary reducer as a worm gear reducer.The advantage is that the worm gear reducer is self-locking,and the transmission structure is simple.Under the premise of ensuring the transmission efficiency,it can have a larger transmission ratio,so it has certain reference value in simplifying the structure and improving the transmission efficiency.This article designs the transmission mechanism and feed mechanism of the electric hole tapping machine,selects the model of the motor,and conducts structural design,theoretical calculation and verification calculation for key components such as the worm gear,main shaft,and lead screw.At the same time,the SOLIDWORKS software was used to complete the modeling of the electric tapping machine,and the non-interference phenomenon was verified,and the Motion module was used for simulation to verify that the power and torque of the motor meet the actual requirements of the work.Secondly,using ANSYS Workbench software to carry out static analysis simulation and modal analysis simulation on the parts of the electric hole tapping machine.The reliability and rationality of the electric hole tapping machine are verified by comparing the analysis results.Finally,the response surface method module of ANSYS Workbench software was used to optimize the design of the box,and the design requirements for the lightweight of the worm gear box were realized.
