| The winding machine drives the rotation of the winding disc on the spindle through the rotation of the spindle,and makes the chemical fibers evenly wind on the rubber tube blank through the tension clamp and the thread splitting disc.Winding machine is a kind of non-standard special mechanical equipment commonly used by rubber and plastic manufacturers.Winding machines have been developed abroad since the 1960 s,and a number of new improved models have emerged in the 1990 s,with the characteristics of faster speed and higher efficiency.They have been developed to a relatively perfect level.But since the 21 st century,the development of winding machines in China has been stagnant.This is the background of the paper.Taking a chemical filament winding machine made in China for small-diameter rubber hose as an object,the optimum design of the winding machine based on structural analysis,force analysis and finite element static analysis is studied,and verified by modal analysis and simulation analysis.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the winding machine are introduced,then the force analysis of the spindle components is carried out.And the three-dimensional model of the old winding machine spindle is established.Under the condition of applying uniform load,the static analysis of the spindle of the winding machine is carried out,and the next optimization direction is put forward.Secondly,the optimization scheme for the spindle and box of the winding machine is put forward,and the transmission device of the winding machine is improved.Then,the force analysis and static analysis of the spindle of the new winding machine are carried out,and the results before and after optimization are compared.Finally,the threedimensional model of the optimized spindle box is established,and the static analysis of the spindle box is also carried out.The modal analysis of the spindle components of winding machine is carried out,and the first six modes of the spindle components are obtained.Through modal analysis,the structural characteristics of the spindle components of the winding machine are clarified,and the first six natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes are found out.The working frequency and natural frequency of winding machines are compared,and the modal analysis results of new and old winding machines are compared.At the end of the paper,the winding machine is simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the simulation environment of the winding machine is set up and the simulation model of the winding machine is established.Then the motion simulation is realized.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed.The simulation analysis validates the previous work.With the help of three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,finite element analysis software ANSYS and simulation analysis software ADAMS,this paper the optimum design of chemical filament winding machine with small diameter rubber hose is carried out.This paper mainly improves the structure of the spindle components,thereby improving the working performance of the winding machine,which can provide a certain reference for the design and research of similar mechanical equipment. |
