Equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of the machinery industry,bear the sectors of the national economy to provide machine tools,the important task of driving the development of related industries,it is the heart of the industry and the lifeline of national economy,is the cornerstone of supporting the national comprehensive national strength.After years of development,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has formed an industrial system with complete categories,large scale and certain technical levels.Related statistics show that in 2017 China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry’s market share increased to 15%,compound growth rate reached 32.3%,is expected to be in the equipment manufacturing industry in our country in 2022 the market share will increase to 25%,high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the prospect of jin xiu is infinite.Now of the main problems in the equipment manufacturing industry in our country is a delegate with drilling and tapping processing center,high performance lagged far behind the development of high speed machining center and the equipment manufacturing industry in developed countries,this leads to large and related industry in China is not strong,the lack of core competitiveness.With the adjustment of the world industrial pattern and the continuous growth of the domestic machine tool market,it is imperative to develop high-performance high-speed machining centers.Combining with the current status of the development of high speed machining technology,the reference of related products at home and abroad,research status and main performance parameters determine the machining center structure optimization design research,the main research contents and technical route.First of all,on the basis of the same type machine tool parameters at home and abroad,combining the machine shown in machining object and purpose of the research and development,comprehensive analysis of the market demand,processing factors such as cost,ultimately determine the initial parameters of machine tools;According to the characteristics of high reliability,high precision and high rigidity of machine tools,the structure layout of various machining centers was analyzed,and the overall layout of machine tools was determined.In determining the overall layout,on the basis of the main structure of nc machine tools,including lathe bed,column,table and sliding table structure optimization design,the three-way feed drive of machine tool structure,knife library and other auxiliary mechanism optimization design.Finally using SolidWorks software for machine tools main features as well as the whole 3 d modeling,and using ANSYS software,finite element analysis and optimization of the model,structure and features of nc machine tools is verified.TD500A vertical machining center is a new generation of CNC machine tools developed and produced by dalian machine tool group.Parts in the workbench clamping last time can be done automatically after milling,drilling,reaming,tapping and other process,this machine is widely applied in the 3 c industry,war industry,spaceflight,auto parts,small mould processing,medical and other industries parts of medium plate,disc parts,shell processing.On the basis of the design of this paper,dalian machine tool group has realized the production of prototype.Through the performance test and performance evaluation,its structure meets the requirements of various performance of the design.
