Performance Research And Product Development Of MB703 Fine Cotton In Xinjiang

Cotton fiber as one of the natural fiber,has always been the textile industry's main fiber raw materials,is also the second largest crops besides food,worldwide are widely planted,China is also the world's main cotton growers and cotton consumers,our country is mainly divided into three areas,Xinjiang cotton,the Yellow River cotton and the Yangtze river cotton,Xinjiang also because of its unique geographical advantages become the main production base of high quality cotton.This topic compares the structural performance differences of Xinjiang MB703 and Hainan fine staple cotton and long staple cotton,and tests and analyzes the strength,feather performance and dry uniformity of MB703 cotton fiber,and then uses the yarn as the raw material for fabric development,and develops two different varieties of fabric.In the process of fiber performance research,using the SEM to observe the structure of cotton fiber.Under different magnification,we found that cotton fiber natural twist,and twist number affect the performance of cotton fiber.In the use of related software to calculate the Xinjiang cotton MB703,Hainan cotton,and long staple cotton fiber twist number.In the length of the three kinds of cotton fiber,obtained the main length and average length,and the difference between the main length and the average length is not big.Besides,XQ-2 fiber extension instrument to test the mechanical properties of the three cotton fiber,and oven drying method to test three cotton fiber moisture absorption performance.In the end of this part,we found the test results show that the comprehensive performance of Xinjiang cotton MB703 is close to the comprehensive performance of long staple cotton,which is the ideal raw material for spinning high support yarn.In the research process of yarn performance,use the way of close spinning respectively.Xinjiang fine cotton MB703 and Hainan cotton as raw material to spin two different varieties of high branch yarn,then we have yarn strength,dry uniformity,feather test.And test results show that Xinjiang fine cotton MB703 spinning single yarn performance better than Hainan cotton spinning single yarn performance.Since the raw material of cotton fabric yarn is usually double thread,twisting the single yarn on the twist machine and tests the performance of the double thread.The test results show that the performance of the double thread is improved compared with the single yarn.In the development process of pure woven fabrics,we use flat fabric structure.Then test the yarn on the sample loom and get Xinjiang fine wool cotton MB703 pure textile material and Hainan fine wool cotton pure textile.Besides,we testing of the fabric properties,the results show that MB703 pure textile material is thinner.Then test the air permeability and overhang of the fabric,and the results show that the air permeability of MB703 pure textile material is better,ant it has good overhang performance.Testing the fabric for wrinkle resistance and strength,the results show that,on the one hand where the same fabric is concerned,on the other hand,the wrinkle resistance is better than the warp.The radial fracture force is superior to the latitude force.The findings suggest that,the wrinkle resistance and fracture strength of Xinjiang velvet cotton MB703 fabric are better than those of Hainan velvet cotton fabric.So Xinjiang velvet cotton MB703 fabric is better than Hainan velvet cotton fabric.Therefore,Xinjiang fine wool cotton MB703 is suitable to become the first choice of raw material of summer light cotton fabric.
