With the changes of market demand,garment is developing in the direction of meeting the individual needs of consumers.Garment orders are characterized by multiple categories,first batches,and short cycles.This requires garment production lines not only to solve the problem of increasing production capacity,but also to improve The flexible and rapid response capability of the production line in order to promptly respond to the scheduling and delivery needs when new orders arrive.To improve the flexible and rapid response capability of the production line,it is necessary to increase the speed of the allocation of personnel and machine resources.After the processing tasks of the production line have been clarified,the production plan can be carried out smoothly through the coordinated allocation of the personnel and machine resources of the garment production line.To improve the production efficiency of the production line,it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of personnel and machine.Reasonable rapid resource allocation method can realize the full use of personnel and machine resources,so that the production line can be further optimized,and the purpose of improving the overall production level through reasonable scheduling means can be achieved.The personnel in the garment production line are very complex resources.In the past research on the allocation of personnel-machine resources for the garment production line scheduling,most of them focused on the timely scheduling of processing tasks to workstations with idle machine or personnel,which lacked clear standards to determine how to choose the right personnel and machine.Therefore,this paper is based on the premise that the garment production line has already determined the processing technology,and proposes a method to quickly and reasonably configure personnel and machine resources in the garment production line.This paper first introduces the research background and expounds the significance of this paper for enterprises to improve resource allocation,rapid response capabilities and sustainable development capabilities,introduces the research content and the current status of research on personnel-machine collaboration in production,and analyzes the research methods and technical routeused in this article,and differences in research from past scholars.Secondly,a total of 27 influencing factors of personnel,technology,and machine of the garment production line are analyzed,and the impact of different influencing factors on resource allocation and production efficiency is explained.The technology is regarded as the working conditions of the post,and the machine is regarded as the working environment of the post.The theory of personnel-post matching in human resource management is applied to study the problem of collaborative allocation of perosonnel and machine resources.Expert questionnaires are designed and 9 experts in the field of garment production management is surveyed.The set-value iteration method is uesd to calculate the value of each influencing factor weights,Thresholds are set to filter the indicators,and finally a total of 12 evaluation indicators for evaluating personnel and post are formed.The method of combining quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,and combining subjective observation and objective observation is used to evaluate all indicators.The weight and quantitative value of the indicators can be used to obtain the post score and the comprehensive quality of the personnel.Finally,according to the principle of equivalence matching between personnel and post,the rules for the matching degree of personnel-post matching are determined.The model is build based on the objective function with the greatest overall matching degree of the personnel-post in the garment production line.The enumeration method is proposed for small-scale problems.The adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed to solve large-scale problems.A model of the matching degree of the personnel and post in the garment production line is put forward.The personnel-post matching degree model of the garment production line is applied to the scheduling of the actual production line.Due to various uncertain factors in the production line,the method of combining manual scheduling and automatic scheduling is used for scheduling.After the processing technology of each post in the garment production line is determined,firstly use manual scheduling to allocate machine resources,and then use the evaluation index system of the personnel and post in garment production line to evaluate the personnel and post.On this basis,automatic scheduling is adopted and adaptive genetic algorithms are used.The calculation of the personnel allocation plan is automatically obtained.After actual production verification,the personnel-post matching model proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of human resource utilization,increase the production line capacity,realize the improvement of production efficiency,and achieve the purpose of reducing production costs.
