The assembly line is widely used for its simple and fast production pattern.Considering the equipment cost,there are still a large number of assembly lines rely on manual work.In the actual production,in order to quickly respond to the changing market demand,enterprises need to adjust the personnel allocation scheme.The design of personnel allocation scheme directly affects efficiency and cost of assembly line.It is rarely that study difference personnel skills and salary impact on cost and efficiency of assembly line.So this paper studies the single product assembly line personnel allocation optimization under the difference of personnel skills.The main work and innovation points are summarized as follows:This paper studies the assembly line problem that how to cope with different order demands by allocating appropriate workers to reduce the costs.For the same process,different workers have different operating time due to training,on-the-job time and other factors which directly affects the production capacity.Different production capacity will lead to different inventory or out-of-stock costs,Salaries different between workers,so decision makers need to decide how to control the total cost of workers' salary and inventory by rationally allocating employees under different orders.Based on minimizing the total labor cost and inventory cost as the objective to establish the mathematical model,according to the characteristics of problem simplify the realistic problems in the processing,this paper proposes a new algorithm(GSVBP)to solve the model.Numerical experiments on 840 randomly generated show that GSVBP algorithm finds and verifies 424 instances.For the remaining 416 instances that not get optimal solution,77% of which reached more than 90% of the optimal solution.On the basis of the simplified model,consider the failure rate of the workers' processing process,the priority relationship of the process,the nonlinear inventory function to design the personnel allocation scheme.Referring to the design idea of the traditional genetic algorithm,designed a new algorithm(IGA)to solve the problem,using numerical to verify IGA performance.At first,13 groups of instances were randomly generated with simple processes relationship.In each group of 13 instances,the optimal solution obtained by IGA algorithm is consistent with that obtained by ergodic algorithm which proves the orrectness of IGA algorithm.Then 10 groups of instances were randomly generated with multiple processes relationship.In each group of 10 instances,the results of IGA and multi-scenario BB&R algorithm have no difference.The calculation speed of IGA is faster than that of multi-scenario BB&R,which proves the universal applicability of IGA algorithm.According to the actual production cases,collect the production data,Then design the optimal personnel allocation scheme for HMI and PC-200 production line under different order requirements by different algorithms.The new allocation scheme has a significant improvement compare with the previous allocation scheme,both in terms of total cost and human load balance.the cost of production is reduced and the load on the personnel becomes more even.The new scheme meets the rquirement of reducing production cost and realize ontime and order-oriented production pattern.
