Structural Optimization And Design Application Of Jacket Based On Young Women's Special Body Shape

Those who are out of balance in overall proportion or local proportion of human body and abnormal in appearance and physiological performance are all special body types.Human body shapes vary widely,and it is difficult for the same garment prototype to be suitable for individuals with different body surface shapes.Based on the morphological characteristics of the upper body of young women,this paper observes and analyzes the back-of-the-board,hump-back,chest reflexivity and chest bending posture caused by spine bending,and completes the optimization and design of the jacket prototype structure.Finally,according to the sample proportion results,targeted clothing design and product development are carried out for chest reflexivity.(1)116 young women aged 18-25 years in Wuhan were randomly selected as the25 Scan to obtain three-dimensional data of the upper body surface of the human body;Two-dimensional plane data of human body is obtained by Corel DRAW X4 twodimensional image processing software.There are 17 three-dimensional measurement items,5 photo measurement items,plus two calculation items,totaling 24 items.According to the statistical analysis results of data,there are 33 standard samples and83 abnormal samples in this experiment.Among them,30 people belong to hunchback,accounting for 26% of the total sample size;There are 32 people on the back of the plate,accounting for 28% of the total sample size;There are 34 people with chest reflexivity,accounting for 29% of the total sample size.There are 28 people who belong to the chest bending type,accounting for 24% of the total sample size.Correlation analysis shows that there are 9 people who belong to both the dorsal plate body and the chest reflexive body,accounting for 37.5% of the total special body samples;There are8 people who belong to hunchback and chest reflexivity at the same time,accounting for 33.3% of the total special body samples.(2)The three-dimensional scanning measurement data is processed twice to obtain the numerical value required by the prototype structure,and the final adopted value is drawn into a version by ETCAD clothing version drawing software.CLO Standalone clothing virtual software is used to try on five prototype garments.The results show that the experimental patterns basically meet the requirements of five basic shapes of human upper body.The waist saving can't be reasonably distributed by simple front(under-chest)provinces,so it is necessary to add front and back underarm provinces to share it.The shoulder width values of the five prototype versions are generally too large,and the specific value is about 0.5cm.Waist line is not always horizontal,and the difference between front and back is generally within 0.5cm.Finally,according to the optimized try-on results,the final layout structure drawing is completed.(3)Take the chest anti-body type of young women's upper body as an example to design targeted innovative styles.The close-fitting and fit X-shape is set as the basic shape,and the cheongsam costume shape is taken as the inspiration,and the visual illusion method,color contrast method and visual center method are used for design conception.Combining the optimized pattern structure with design techniques,three series of clothing sketches,style drawings and structure drawings are carried out from the design direction of fabrics,colors,patterns and accessories.Combined with 3D virtual software to show the upper body effect of the pattern,the results show that the pattern structure of the three series of clothing is in line with the distribution of the human body structure of the chest anti-body type,and the visual effect greatly improves the body posture of the chest anti-body type.Take the visual illusion method as an example,make and display the sample clothes,adjust the final version according to the upper body effect of the sample clothes,and complete the final ready-to-wear production.
