Exploits the ability of screen printing can deposit a wide range of ink systems, use a wide range of substrates ,deposit thick films and print consistently with excellent repeatability and etc. Screen printing has largely evolved by empirical evaluation without the benefit of conceptual and mathematical models in recent years. However there are some problems in the high-resolution printing. The study and analysis of the printing parameters is very important and necessary to improve the printing quality. There are more than 120 parameters include 90 variables affect the process. Many of them related with the resolution character. The parameters affect the fine-line printing has been analyzed in the paper. The resolution calculation formulas were compared on the basis of the study of mesh count and diameter, and the better one was put forward considered with the screen tension. MoiréPattern is also reduce the printing quality, the digital halftone screening can be use to improve the quality. The stencil character affects the printing resolution, the surface roughness was introduced to analyze the stencil surface condition. Methods to smoother the surface and improve the printing quality were discussed. The off-contact distance make the stencil elongate, and the image position is also changed. Therefore, a model was established to estimate the change and simulate experimentations were also made to compare the results. The connection between off-contact distance and printing precision was got. The ink rheology, surface tension effect the ink deposit and the ink spreading, the calculate formula was corrected by compared the experimentation data, and better results were got. In the end, experiment was designed and the results showed the connection of Rz and the printing quality, orthogonal experiment was also introduced to showed that the M c is the main factor which affect the quality. The method can be used to obtain best printing settings and provide reference for production.
