Sports upper machine printing in the production process of sports shoes occupies a very high position,for the sports shoe printing enterprises,it is particularly important to be able to print out qualified sports vamps accurately,the movement of the upper machine printing process parameters is to determine the quality of sports shoes print the core elements.At present,domestic sports uppers most of the printing industry in the hand-treading stage,these low degree of automation,time-consuming,print quality instability,to a large extent restricted the production efficiency of enterprises,and workers for a long time exposure to ink mortar and other reagents will cause damage to the body.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimal printing process parameters and optimize the printing machine components which play a key role in stabilizing the printing quality.Firstly,combined with the experience of hand printing,Using the qualitative analysis method,the paper analyzes the influence of the printing process on the printing efficiency and quality,the results showed that the ink transfer rate can be used as an important indicator of printing efficiency and quality judgment.Secondly,the design of the key components that affect the movement of the upper machine is optimized.through the analysis of the action of the lifting process of the printing machine frame,the mathematical model of the cam profile curve is established by using the principle of the reversal method,the cam design curve is designed and the mathematical model is established according to the optimal design requirements of the cam mechanism.The global optimal solution of the function is obtained by the golden section method.the results showed that optimization of the maximum pressure angle of 7.7371 °,corresponding to the cam angle of 72.2989 °,we can see the design of the cam curve transmission efficiency is higher,in line with sports upper printing machine process requirements.Furthermore,through the analysis of the ink transfer process,the calculation method of the ink transfer rate is summarized,and the influence of the correlation coefficient on the printing of the upper machine is discussed.The printing pressure,the angle of printing,the viscosity of the ink and the angle of the blade can reflect the transfer effect of the ink transfer to the greatest extent,the regression model of each factor and ink transfer rate was established by using the least squares method.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis,the experimental data between printing pressure,printing speed,ink viscosity and printing angle and ink transfer rate were obtained.The experimental data regression analysis and mathematical model fitting of the influence of each factor on the ink transfer rate were completed.The results showed that the fitting effect was obvious and the experimental data were reliable.Through the single factor experiment and the multivariate orthogonal test,the results were analyzed by means of extreme analysis and variance.The order of influence of each factor on the ink transfer rate was as follows: printing speed> printing pressure> printing angle> ink viscosity Combination of process parameters: printing pressure 70 N,scraping speed 400 mm / s,ink viscosity 95000 c P,scraper angle of 70 °.The results show that the minimum value of the ink transfer rate is 0.325 and the maximum value is 0.338,which is 2.5% and 6.6% higher than that of the orthogonal test respectively.The results show that the optimal combination of the parameters The combination of optimization effect is obvious.
