Because of the high energy,high efficiency and low consumption,nuclear power has become one of the most popular clean energy sources in the new era.As an important process in the production of nuclear power key components,welding has a direct impact on the sealing property and safety of nuclear power plant operation,and has always been concerned in the construction of nuclear power plants.The welding of nuclear power key components is characterized by large workpiece volume and complex process.The welding production of each single component requires the cooperation of multiple equipment in the whole workshop.With the increasing production demand of nuclear power key components and the continuous addition of digital equipment in welding workshop,the monitoring and management system of welding workshop has higher demand in real-time,visibility and intelligence.Realizing the interconnection and integration of physical space and information space is an effective way to improve the management efficiency of welding digital workshop and achieve intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,studying the modeling and simulation of welding digital workshop for nuclear power key components has great significance.Thesis studied the modeling and simulation method of nuclear power critical component welding digital workshop.The research mainly includes the following parts:(1)The overall scheme of modeling and simulation for welding digital workshop of nuclear power key components.Proposed the objectives,principles and development process of modeling and simulation research,analyze the composition of physical workshop and virtual workshop.Take the mapping of virtual and real space as the core of welding workshop modeling and simulation.Designed the overall architecture of the virtual system of welding digital workshop which consists of four functional modules:real workshop,virtual workshop,functional service and data processing.Set up workshop modeling and simulation research and development environment.(2)Research and implementation of welding workshop virtual Monitoring based on real-time data.Based on the coordinate mapping theory of virtual and real space,the 3d model of the whole scene of welding workshop was drawn,integrated and rendered.Establish virtual model motion control scheme.Research the actual situation of welding workshop,combined with external sensors,controller communication,Workshop information management system to achieve real-time data acquisition of welding workshop.Based on 3d model and real-time data,the model motion control script is developed to realize virtual monitoring,virtual roaming,human-computer interaction and other functions.(3)Research the fault warning technology on welding equipment in workshop.Analyzed the characteristics of welding production of nuclear key components,used ARIMA model for fault warning of workshop equipment.By discussing the relevant principle and algorithm steps of ARIMA model,the steady-state data prediction function of welding equipment is constructed.According to the comparison between the predicted value and the actual value,realize the equipment status evaluation and fault warning.(4)Integration virtual system of welding digital workshop for nuclear key components and develop remote control technology.Based on the research of the above key technologies,a prototype system for modeling and simulation of nuclear power critical construction welding digital workshop was designed.Develop upper computer control program for welding equipment,establish welding equipment remote control flow.Set up the system verification test platform to complete the realization and verification of each function of the system. |
