With the rapid development of the digital process in the coal mine industry,it is the trend of the coal mine industry to establish a virtual visualization system for the guidance and management of the safety production of digital mines.Virtual reality simulation technology combined with the actual situation of mine is used to guide safety production and realize mine monitoring and early warning.This paper analyzes the data source and data characteristics of the mine roadway,and summarizes the data form and basic elements of the roadway.Study on the roadway modeling algorithm for symmetric modeling method and semi section loading,establish tunnel model using 3DSMax 3D modeling software,realizes the modeling of multi roadway junction node of tunnel body and the connection and smooth stitching.Analysis of STL,OBJ,PLY and AMF four for 3D printing model data format and STL model data format conversion method for STL model after conversion possible errors or errors are analyzed,discussed the method of repairing the tunnel for model using 3D printing.The research and analysis of the process and the application results of four kinds of spline interpolation algorithm,using linear interpolation and cardinal spline curve fitting algorithm of scene roaming path optimization design,enhance the sense of reality roaming,avoid visual scene jitter and jumping phenomenon.The virtual roaming system of mine roadway is designed,including import roadway model and virtual roaming.Through the establishment of SQL database,the disaster points are explained and displayed,and the rapid search based on index sets is implemented to realize real-time monitoring and early warning.
