The trackless rubber wheel car auxiliary transport system is the necessary and sufficient condition to realize the modernization of coal mine.Auxiliary transportation is one of the main production systems in the mine,which is an important factor restricting the mine output and efficiency.With the proposal and implementation of intelligent coal mine,the demand of the user market has been accelerated,which has brought good opportunities and great challenges to the development of enterprises related to trackless rubber wheel car.The competition trend is also becoming more and more fierce.The layout of internal facilities of enterprises has a particularly prominent impact on the manufacturing industry.If you want to have a certain advantage in the increasingly fierce market environment,it is necessary to carry out a scientific and reasonable layout of workshop facilities.This paper takes the manufacturing workshop of trackless rubber wheeled vehicles as the research object,firstly,the current situation of the workshop was investigated and analyzed in detail.Using quantitative and qualitative analysis,an F-D diagram analysis of the manufacturing workshop was conducted,and some problems of the current manufacturing workshop were found.Then,for some problems,the operation units of the original workshop layout were combined and area adjusted,social network analysis was introduced in the SLP method to reduce the interference of perceived factors,and comprehensive interrelationship analysis was performed on the production operation units to obtain the manufacturing workshop layout optimization scheme one and scheme two.Then,genetic algorithm is used to further optimize the layout of manufacturing plant,and two objective functions are constructed for minimizing handling cost and approaching and maximizing non-logistics relationship,and the two objective functions are normalized and integrated into a single objective function,and constraints are established.Through MATLAB software,the optimization scheme three of manufacturing plant layout is solved.The final integrated weights of evaluation indexes are calculated by weights using AHP method and entropy weight method.On the basis of the obtained comprehensive weights,the analysis was evaluated using the gray correlation method,and the correlation values of the optimized solutions were 0.647,0.743,and 0.919,indicating that solution three was better than solutions one and two,which verified that the SLP method combined with the genetic algorithm was more effective than the traditional SLP method.After quantitative and qualitative analysis,the total logistics handling distance of the optimized scheme three of the trackless rubber wheeled vehicle manufacturing workshop is shortened by 4510 meters compared with the original layout,and the optimization rate is72.1%.It is 759 meters shorter than the combined adjusted scheme,with an optimization rate of 43.5%,thus verifying the feasibility of the optimized scheme.
