With the continuous development of coal mine auxiliary transportation,trackless rubber tire vehicles are more and more used in coal mine auxiliary transportation because of their flexibility,safety,efficiency,adaptability and wide application range.Due to the geological conditions and production cost constraints of coal mines,the underground auxiliary transportation lanes are generally narrow.Under normal crcumstances,only one rubber tire vehicle is allowed to pass in one direction.In addition,the lighting conditions of the underground roadway are limited,and the visibility of the passing vehicles is poor,resulting in low transportation efficiency,frequent reversing and avoiding vehicles,and congested vehicles.It will lead to safety accidents such as rear-end collision and vehicle collision.In order to improve the efficiency of rubber tire transportation and ensure the safe production of mines,it is very necessary to study the mine trackless rubber wheel management system.The main task of this paper is to design and study the monitoring base station of the mine trackless rubber wheel management system.Its main function is to receive vehicle data,judge the driving direction and receive and execute the command of the upper monitoring host.Firstly,the communication bus technology used in the monitoring base station is determined as CAN and RS-458 bus technology,and the wireless communication technology is ZigBee wireless communication technology.The advantages and characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,the positioning algorithm is compared to determine the applicable base station.Hybrid positioning technology,including time flight algorithm and signal strength algorithm.According to the actual situation of underground roadway,the transportation lanes are divided into two categories and different judgments and control strategies are formulated based on the two types of roadways.Finally,the monitoring base station,is determined according to the above functions.The checkpoint layout,the hardware control core used is the PIC microcontroller,and the design,debugging and application effects of each functional software module.At present,the underground trackless rubber tire traffic control system has been installed and operated at Binchang Dafosi Mine.The information of the rubber wheel vehicles collected at each inspection point is accurate,and the traffic lights of each section can be operated normally offline.The data can be transmitted to the dispatch center through the CAN bus for real-time GIS.Diagram display,remote control,and storage.The application results show that the monitoring base station and detection scheme are feasible and meet the system design requirements,which effectively improves the efficiency of the rubber tire vehicle and reduces the safety hazard of the rubber tire vehicle operation.
