In the period of transformation and development of coal mine industry,coal transportation occupies an important position in the mining industry.As the main tool of the coal transportation proces's,the safety of the mine trackless rubber wheel is very important to the enterprise.Under the complex geographical environment of the mining area,the rail of the trackless rubber wheel has been impacted under different working conditions,so how to have it Effective analysis of frame strength and stiffness is of practical significance for the safe transportation of rubber tire vehicle.WCJ12E mine trackless rubber tire vehicle were studied in this paper.the three-dimensional model of the front and rear frames were established by Solidworks,and the static strength finite element calculation and modal analysis of the frame were carried out by using ABAQUS sofware.First,the structure and working condition of mine trackless tired vehicle was analyzed.Secondly,The frames under various conditions were calculated by finite element,the stress and strain of the frame are obtained;Then,changing the thickness of front frame main side plate and rear frame carling respectively,Analysis different thickness on the distribution of the stress size and influence;Finally,the modal analysis of the frame was carried out,and calculate the vibration mode and frequency of the vehicle frame.Contrast the driving frequency and the vibration frequency to avoid resonance.Through the finite element analysis shows that:WCJ12E mine trackless rubber tire vehicle under different conditions,the front frame maximum stress appears in turning condition,the rear frame maximum stress appears in the turning condition.Both are less than the allowable stress,meet the strength requirements.In terms of stress section,with the increase of the thickness of the main plate and beam shell thickness,the maximum stress of the front and rear frame can effectively improve the maximum stress value of the frame.In modal analysis,the free modal and constraint modal were analyzed,and obtain the 1-8 order natural frequency and vibration mode of front and rear frame.Analysis the effect for frame under the external incentive.All roads will not occur resonance,except gravel.Therefore,mine trackless rubber tire vehicle need to slow down.For the driving frequency analysis found that:The frequency value is a nearly six order natural frequency of the frame,there is a resonance produced by danger,should pay attention to take certain measures suspension.The research of this paper can provide certain reference for mine frame analysis.
