The energy crisis and environmental pollution are the main problems we faced today.With the passage of time,petrochemical energy is depleting,so the development of sustainable new energy is imminent.Solar energy is continuously recyclable,non-toxic and harmless green energy.Therefore,research on solar materials and related devices has received extensive attention in recent years.Perovskite solar cells have excellent photovoltaic performance:Strong visible light absorption,carrier diffusion length and band gap are adjustable,so it has become a research hotspot in recent years,perovskite solar cells are considered to be the most competitive of the next generation of photovoltaic technology.In this paper,a sandwiched perovskite solar cell was first prepared,and the structure was FTO conductive glass/dense titanium dioxide/porous titanium dioxide/perovskite/spirobi/gold.A dense layer of titanium dioxide was prepared by spray pyrolysis,and then a porous layer of titanium dioxide,a perovskite active layer,and a spirobifluorene(OMe TAD)hole transport layer were finally spin-coated on the dense layer of the titanium dioxide,and finally the heat was applied.A gold-plated electrode was used to prepare a perovskite solar cell having a mesoporous structure.The effect of perovskite material composition on the efficiency of the battery was studied,and the high-efficiency FA0.83MA0.17Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3 perovskite system was doped with yttrium ion to modify its current-voltage.The performance and characterization of the external quantum efficiency of the cell.It was found that under the simulated sunlight AM1.5G irradiation,the open circuit voltage of the solar cell with 5%cerium ion increased by about 0.05V,and the energy conversion efficiency was also significantly improved,compared with FA0.83MA0.17Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3system was increased by about 30%.A pin-type perovskite solar cell was prepared by one-step spin coating method,namely ITO glass/PEDOT:PSS/perovskite/fullerene derivative/zinc oxide/silver.The solar cell of this structure perovskite layer material was MAPb I3.The effect of the spin-coating speed of the PCB layer of the electron transport layer on the cell efficiency,its current-voltage performance was characterized,and the thickness of the PCBM layer was tested.The MAPb(I1-xClx)3 and MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 perovskite solar cells were prepared by modifying the MAPb I3 solar cell with a perovskite layer.The effect of Cl ion doping on the performance of the battery was studied.It was found that the open circuit voltage of the battery was especially improved after the chloride ion was doped.When the ratio of chlorine to chlorine in the raw material was 4:1,place it in the glove box.After the day,the energy conversion efficiency was 12.9%.The solar cell with the perovskite layer of MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 was prepared by adjusting the content of MABr in the raw material,and the influence of the doping amount of Br on the performance of the battery was investigated.The absorption spectrum of the solar cell of MAPb(I1-xBrx)3 was tested and its current-voltage performance was characterized.
