Study On Production Control Technology Of Suit Mass Customization

With the continuous development of suit customization needs,mass customization of suits has become a major trend in suit production.Under the new production model,companies are faced with problems such as high standards of individualized needs from customers and complex and changeable production processes,resulting in low efficiency in suit production.The market demand for multiple varieties and small batches has urged suit manufacturers to transform to a mass customization production model.Suit production control technology has become the key to the transformation of suit manufacturing enterprises to mass customization.Under the production mode of mass customization,the main problems existing in the production of most suit manufacturing enterprises include: the sewing link production workshop process arrangement problem,the manual arrangement method,the production scheme is random and not strong guidance;Static working hours in the manual sewing link.The production is guided by fixed standard working hours,so it is difficult to find the bottleneck in the production link due to the lack of real-time performance.The problem of production planning in the planning link is that the method of manual arrangement and modification is adopted,which leads to poor dynamics and low efficiency.This paper adjusts and optimizes the production process in view of the two problems of sewing workshop scheduling and production time management,and provides a more accurate basic data and management scheme for the production process.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency caused by the scheduling scheme based on experience in the sewing process of suit production,an improved NSGA-? algorithm was proposed to optimize the scheduling scheme to ensure the optimal two optimization objectives of time and energy consumption.At the same time,by reducing the work of manual arrangement,the efficiency of human production scheduling is greatly improved.2.Based on the problems in production planning and cost accounting caused by the static standard working hours used in suit production,the method of learning curve is proposed to correct the static working hours and provide the dynamic working hour quota as the reference for production.based time data management,help enterprises to improve the production process of similar order processing time determine to provide a more accurate time information.3.On the basis of field investigation and business demand analysis of a typical suit customization processing enterprise FL Company,the overall architecture,functional modules and database of the system are designed,and the development of the system is finally completed.
